Adults interested in joining the 天主教 Church do so through a process called the OCIA (Order of Christian Initiation for Adults). A sponsor is someone who is on the journey with you and can help answer some of your questions. The infrastructure of the program is a series of presentations by married couples that feature topics common to most marriages. Presentations are followed by a set of exercises designed to engender reflection and discussion among the engaged couples about these topics.
